Oversee the daily execution of a production value stream to ensure safety, quality, and delivery targets are met. Manage Team Leads and Operators while partnering with the Operations Manager to maintain flow and support continuous improvement. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, or Supply Chain, or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years in manufacturing and 1 year in leadership. Must be proficient in Lean principles, digital production tools, and people management.
