The accountant will be responsible for owning the day-to-day accounting function, including assisting with monthly financial statements preparation, processing accounts payable, and handling customer invoicing and payments. Key tasks also involve account maintenance, data entry, filing GST/PST returns, and supporting audits and ad hoc reporting.
