What We’re Looking For 2–3+ years of restaurant or hospitality experience Experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant environment Previous Supervisor, Lead Server or restaurant leadership experience A genuine passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences Strong people leadership, coaching and communication skills Confidence managing a busy restaurant floor A positive, hands-on and solutions-focused approach Strong organization and the ability to remain calm under pressure POS experience; Toast is an asset Reservation system experience; Tock is an asset Serving It Right and FoodSafe certification, or ability to obtain upon hire The position calls for high-volume, full-service experience and demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage service execution. You’ll have the opportunity to strengthen your skills in team leadership, guest experience, floor management, labour, inventory and restaurant financial performance while working closely with the General Manager and broader leadership team. Requirements
Requires 2-3+ years of high-volume full-service restaurant experience with previous leadership or supervisory roles. Must possess strong people management skills and hold or be able to obtain FoodSafe and Serving It Right certifications.
