Oracle FCCM / OFSAA Developer

Job Title: Oracle FCCM / OFSAA Developer Location: 66 Wellington Street West, Toronto, ON, M5K 1A2 (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite) Required Qualifications Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Relevant years of experience in software development, systems design, or architecture. Senior Developers: 10+ years (inclusive of Tech Lead capability). Intermediate Developers: 5–8 years. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and tools like JIRA, JTMF, Confluence, ERWIN, etc. Excellent knowledge of Unix, Shell Scripting, SQL/PLSQL, scheduling tools (Autosys, Ctrl-M), and DevOps CI/CD. Strong data analytics solution design thinking, system integration, and API integration development to create solution options supporting end-to-end analytical application platforms. Collaborate with PMO teams, testing teams, and business stakeholders to understand business needs and produce detailed technical designs for analytical applications alongside application architects and business analysts (specifically for Senior Developers and Tech Leads). Exposure to Oracle FCCM / OFSAA or similar enterprise analytical modules. Experience working with Oracle Customer Risk Rating data model (preferably Mantas), with knowledge of risk scoring solutions and ETL data flow pipelines. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and excellent problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications AI enablement to aid code automation and day-to-day task automation, driving overall operational efficiency. Experience in AML, KYC, Regulatory Compliance, or Customer Risk Rating platforms. Minimum of two end-to-end implementations of Oracle FCCM (Customer Risk Rating solution implementations) in a techno-functional role at various financial institutions. Relevant certification: CAMS. Experience with cloud, hybrid platforms, and high-volume data processing. Develop and design analytical application platforms using Oracle FCCM and OFSAA, focusing on system integration and API development. Collaborate with stakeholders and architects to translate business needs into detailed technical designs for risk scoring and compliance solutions.

Requires a degree in Computer Science or related field with 5 to 10+ years of experience in software development and SDLC. Candidates must have strong expertise in SQL/PLSQL, Unix, and experience with Oracle Customer Risk Rating or similar enterprise analytical modules.
