The CSC Rep primarily provides support for registry services including the Land Registry and Personal Property Registry (PPR) and Bank Act Security Registry (BASR). Reporting to Customer Service Centre Manager, other highlights include: Provides instruction to clients from corporations, the public, government officials, banks and professional groups such as Solicitors, Real Estate Representatives, etc. with regards to packet registrations/rejections, procedural inquiries, and registration questions. Ensures accurate and complete registration processing through review, examination, and research of packets/submissions. Performs accounting duties using the Client Account Management System daily, including financial and clerical transactions. What you’ll need: A two (2) year post-high school Diploma (or) equivalent training and/or experience, as well as experience in a front-line customer service environment. Knowledge of administrative office procedures and processes. Knowledge of MS Office products and applications. Knowledge of basic accounting theories and principles. Candidates with experience in a regulated, detail-orientated environment will be considered an asset.
