We are looking for an Office & Support Administrator to help grow our business and contribute to our future. This role is key in supporting the Senior Director, Operations, the ESC President, and the broader operations team. This position is central to the day-to-day effectiveness of the office, ensuring leaders and teams are well-supported through strong coordination, organization, and communication. In this role, you’ll manage a wide range of administrative and office functions, from coordinating office services and vendor relationships to supporting operational processes and employee programs, helping to create a well-run, efficient, and responsive work environment. What You’ll Do Provide executive administrative support to the Senior Director, Operations and ESC President, including calendar management, scheduling, and preparation of documents and presentations Act as a central point of contact for office operations, handling calls, emails, and inquiries on behalf of the team Coordinate meetings and events end-to-end, including logistics, catering, travel, and room/equipment setup Oversee day-to-day office administration, including mail, shipments, supplies, and vendor coordination Coordinate external conferences and events, including registrations, logistics, and ensuring materials and collateral are prepared and delivered on time Manage building and facilities requests, including submitting and tracking service requests and coordinating with building management Support financial administration, including processing invoices and corporate card transactions Maintain access and security processes, including key cards, visitor/vendor coordination, and office access tracking Prepare and maintain reports and records, including operational reporting and documentation systems Provide shared administrative support across ESC and RSI teams, balancing priorities and supporting multiple stakeholders What You’ll Need Post-secondary diploma, with at least three (3) plus years of experience in an administrative, office coordination, or business support role Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience engaging with employees, leadership, and external vendors Proven ability to work independently and manage competing demands Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint) Key Competencies Able to prioritize effectively and manage multiple deadlines Clear, professional written and verbal communication with a range of stakeholders Consistently produces accurate work, especially with data and reporting Works effectively with teams, leadership, and external partners Identifies issues and takes proactive steps to resolve and improve processes Takes ownership and delivers on commitments consistently Self-starter with the ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, and follow through with minimal direction Adaptable and comfortable managing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment What We Offer At ISC, we believe in progress with purpose and are proudly certified as a Great Place to Work.
