Privileged Access Management (PAM) Analyst Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid; Tuesdays onsite plus one Friday per month Duration: 6 months, with potential extension Dates: November 16, 2026 – May 15, 2027 Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Rate: $60–$72/hr INC Role Overview Seeking an experienced Privileged Access Management (PAM) Analyst to support privileged access provisioning across production infrastructure environments. The role will create and manage privileged vaulted accounts and provision elevated access across Active Directory, Azure, databases, Linux/Unix and Mainframe platforms. Key Responsibilities Provision and manage privileged access to production infrastructure. Create and maintain privileged vaulted accounts using CyberArk. Provision elevated access across Active Directory, Azure, Oracle/MySQL, Linux/Unix and Mainframe environments. Process and manage access requests through ServiceNow. Review access requests and determine eligibility based on established security policies and procedures. Analyze risks associated with elevated access and apply appropriate controls. Maintain accurate access and provisioning documentation. Follow established knowledge bases, procedures and security standards. Work closely with access-management specialists, infrastructure teams and technical SMEs. Escalate access or security issues as required. Must-Have Qualifications Approximately 5 years of Information Security, IAM/PAM or access provisioning experience. Hands-on privileged access provisioning / access management experience. ServiceNow experience. CyberArk experience. Active Directory administration/access management experience. Experience provisioning or managing access within Oracle and MySQL databases. Linux/Unix access management experience. Mainframe navigation/access management experience. Azure cloud experience. Previous IT support or Helpdesk experience. Understanding of security risks associated with elevated/privileged access. Strong communication and ability to work with senior stakeholders. Nice-to-Have Financial services experience. Experience supporting privileged access across large-scale production infrastructure environments. Requirements

Requires approximately five years of information security, IAM/PAM, or access provisioning experience, with hands-on experience in CyberArk, ServiceNow, Active Directory, Azure, Oracle/MySQL, Linux/Unix, and mainframe access management. Candidates should understand privileged-access risks, have prior IT support or helpdesk experience, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders; financial services experience is preferred.
