Senior Manager, Global Supplier and Contracts Management | Toronto | 12-Month Contract Location: Toronto (hybrid, 3 to 4 days on-site per week) Duration: 12 months, with strong likelihood of extension or conversion Start date: December 1, 2026 Hours: 37.5 per week, no overtime expected Team: Corporate Real Estate The opportunity This is a contract backfill for a leadership role within a large financial institution's Corporate Real Estate group. You will lead the ongoing management of outsourced service partners on a global basis, making sure service delivery is high quality, risk is managed prudently, and the relationships stay compliant with internal policies and third-party regulations. What you'll do Lead the management of global service partners in line with the organization's supplier management and governance framework Manage contract deliverables, including timely reporting, KPI adherence, validation of content, and periodic audits Act as the subject matter expert on supplier management, coaching and training regional service leads and service partners on their responsibilities Drive resolution of supplier-related audit and operational risk issues Partner with centers of excellence and regional leads on a key strategic initiative, building strong working relationships internally and externally Identify opportunities through analysis of industry trends and supplier performance Support service lines with issues and escalations related to service partner performance Must-haves 7+ years of experience in corporate real estate, supplier management, and/or contract management Excellent project management skills Superior relationship management, negotiation, and influencing skills Proficiency in writing and reviewing contracts Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel Excellent analytical skills and financial acumen Nice-to-haves Exposure to regulatory requirements (e.g., OSFI and other legislation) and policies related to real estate and suppliers Paralegal experience Experience in risk identification and mitigation Experience in the financial industry Soft skills: Leadership and training ability, SME mindset, strong communication and collaboration, risk management orientation, and the ability to manage and resolve escalations. Requirements

Candidates should be proficient in writing and reviewing contracts, PowerPoint, and Excel, and demonstrate analytical ability and financial acumen; regulatory, paralegal, risk, and financial-industry experience are advantageous.
