Vendor Manager – Third-Party Management Position Overview The Vendor Manager will oversee third-party business arrangements throughout the Third-Party Management Lifecycle (TPML), with a focus on vendor performance, risk, governance, compliance, and stakeholder management. The role will support new and existing vendor engagements, guide stakeholders through third-party management processes, and ensure vendor relationships meet business, risk, and governance requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage third-party relationships throughout the full Third-Party Management Lifecycle. Monitor and report on vendor performance against SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs. Identify, assess, and escalate vendor risks and issues; lead resolution of complex problems. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Support the onboarding, transition, and termination of vendor engagements. Guide stakeholders through third-party management processes, policies, and governance requirements. Ensure vendor arrangements comply with applicable risk, compliance, and governance standards. Conduct research and prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for management. Support projects and initiatives related to third-party management, risk, governance, and vendor performance. Must-Have Requirements 5+ years of Vendor Management experience 5+ years of Third-Party Management Lifecycle experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to manage competing priorities and work with a sense of urgency Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills University degree or diploma Nice-to-Have Banking or financial services experience Third-party/vendor risk assessment experience Project Management experience Experience with Coupa or Ariba CSP or PMP certification Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot Contract Details Start: ASAP Duration: 9 months Extension: Possible Conversion: Possible Schedule: Monday–Friday, core business hours Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote Travel: None

Requirements
Requires at least 5 years of vendor management and Third-Party Management Lifecycle experience, strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills, and the ability to organize competing priorities and solve problems. A university degree or diploma is required; banking or financial services, vendor risk assessment, project management, Coupa or Ariba, CSP or PMP certification, and Microsoft Copilot familiarity are preferred.
