Job summary

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will contribute to the success of the organization by manually assembling mechanical and electronic products and workstations to meet production schedules and quality standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, quality-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble mechanical and electronic components, products, and workstations according to assembly instructions and production requirements. Read and follow assembly drawings, work instructions, and standard operating procedures. Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards. Perform basic functional and mechanical testing as required. Meet daily production targets while maintaining accuracy and quality. Qualifications High School Diploma. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in electro-mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or a similar production environment. Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and technical documentation. Basic computer skills are an asset. Mandatory bilingual fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages. Experience working with mechanical and electronic assemblies.
