Day-to-day, That Means Leading deployment and development projects from kickoff to completion, on time and on budget Act as an expert in infrastructure model-based construction, BIM modelling (YIV) and surveying Running training sessions and workshops that actually land Building trusted, long-term relationships with customers and acting as their go-to expert Solving problems proactively, before they become issues Collaborating closely with our Product, R&D, and Sales teams Maintaining clean project documentation and keeping all stakeholders aligned You’ll report to the Director of Services & Customer Success and work out of our Espoo HQ. Lead infrastructure deployment and development projects from kickoff to completion while acting as a technical expert in BIM and surveying. Build long-term customer relationships and collaborate with Product, R&D, and Sales teams to ensure project success.

Requires a degree in Engineering or a related field and over 10 years of hands-on experience in the infrastructure sector. Candidates must have a strong track record in complex project management and fluency in both Finnish and English.
