Design and document electrical systems for robotic cells and automated equipment, including control panel schematics, 2D installation drawings, 3D electrical models, and component selections. Assemble and verify control panels, prepare bills of materials and project documentation, and support automation engineers and production teams through design reviews, testing, and commissioning.

Lead multidisciplinary teams responsible for manufacturing methods, product industrialization, equipment performance, capacity planning, and facility development. Establish manufacturing strategy and standards, direct major industrial and capital investment projects, and report operational performance and investment recommendations to senior leadership.

Lead preparation, painting, assembly, testing, shipping, and delivery operations while developing and coaching the supervisors responsible for these areas. Coordinate production plans and capacity with planning and support teams, improve operational performance, and ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.

Lead and continuously improve the integrated SIOP process, aligning sales forecasts, manufacturing capacity, resources, and strategic priorities across the Mirabel and Madison sites. Own the master production schedule, lead planning teams, protect production-plan stability, resolve capacity trade-offs, and improve delivery, customer service, and manufacturing flow.

Develop and maintain the Mirabel site's production plan, balance manufacturing capacity with customer demand and material availability, and oversee the flow of materials throughout the plant. Lead and support a production planner, coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor execution and delivery performance, and recommend mitigations and process improvements.

Build and lead the site's inventory and materials management function, overseeing inventory controls, warehouse organization, receiving, ERP processes, and operational teams. Manage external logistics partners and drive continuous improvement to increase inventory accuracy, material availability, traceability, and working-capital efficiency.

Maintain accurate physical and system inventory at the Mirabel site by managing cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, auditing transactions, and ensuring inventory traceability in EPICOR. Coordinate corrective actions with operational and support teams, report inventory performance, and improve processes to reduce recurring errors, material searches, and stockouts.

The incumbent will orchestrate and optimize the interaction between automated manufacturing equipment to maximize overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). They will act as a technical expert and project manager, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and implement concrete performance solutions.
