Job summary
Role Description This part-time remote Administrative Assistant role supports daily operational and administrative activities for Ingeniería Industrial. The position involves managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining digital records, and organizing documents and files. The Administrative Assistant will answer and route phone calls, respond to email inquiries, and provide professional support to managers and project leads. Additional responsibilities include preparing basic reports, updating spreadsheets, assisting with clerical tasks, and ensuring that information is kept accurate and up to date. The role requires consistent follow-through, discretion with sensitive information, and the ability to prioritize tasks while working independently in a remote setting. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support day-to-day operations and leadership needs. Candidates should possess solid Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle calls and messages in a professional and clear manner. Candidates should possess reliable Clerical Skills, including document organization, filing, data entry, and basic record management. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and online meeting tools). Ability to work independently in a remote environment, maintain confidentiality, and handle multiple priorities. Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred; experience in an industrial or professional services context is a plus. Relevant education or training in administration, business, or a related field is beneficial.
