YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Promote sale of parts and accessories to all customers: walk-in, telephone or internal technicians * Provide exceptional customer service to maximum customer satisfaction * Keep abreast of all new products and updates through continuous learning * Locate all parts as requested by customers and/or technicians * Prepare parts invoices and credit notes for all counter sales and issues parts for all work orders * Participate in regular inventory cycle counts and assist in maintaining stock * Accurately document all shipping and receiving of parts * Maintain files and update parts related information on a regular basis WHAT WE LOOK FOR * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) * Post-secondary diploma or trade certification preferred * Prior parts counter sales experience or parts/warehousing knowledge preferred * Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing * Great interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to work with others * Ability to self-manage time and set priorities while handling multiple responsibilities * Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail * Strong business ethics with a professional approach at all times * Must have valid Driver’s License * Forklift Certification or ability to attain certification Are you ready to go ALL IN on a career at Inland? Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with a post-secondary diploma or trade certification preferred. Prior experience in parts sales or warehousing, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain forklift certification are also required.
