The Senior Director is responsible for defining and executing the enterprise health and safety strategy to ensure a proactive safety culture across all operations. They provide strategic counsel to executive leadership and the Board while overseeing governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Candidates must have over 12 years of progressive health and safety leadership experience in complex industrial or energy environments. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a professional designation such as CRSP, CSP, or P.Eng are required, along with bilingual proficiency in English and French.
