Ensure the proper functioning of wind turbines and identify any anomalies that may arise; Identify, locate, and repair defects with members of the operations and maintenance team; Plan and perform preventive maintenance, maintain maintenance and intervention records; Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards at all times. Your skills, our requirements! A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position. AEC in wind turbine maintenance. Training in electromechanics or electricity will be considered and preferred. Expertise related to wind turbine operations or maintenance. Any other experience deemed relevant to the position will be taken into account. Good computer skills: relevant experience with SCADA systems and PLCs is an asset. Strong sense of responsibility, commitment to a job well done, and a safety-first attitude at all times. Resourcefulness and strong ability to work under pressure. Ability to perform manual or supervisory work outdoors despite harsh weather conditions. Ability to climb an 80-meter vertical ladder without assistance and perform work at height. The candidate must demonstrate their ability to climb a wind turbine within a reasonable time frame during the recruitment process. Availability to work overtime and be on call when required. Possess a valid Class 5 driver's license. Additional considerations! The position is based at the Montagne Sèche site in Quebec. This position is at the O3 level. Our benefits!
