They must perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot anomalies, and strictly adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in wind turbine operations or maintenance and the ability to perform physical work at heights. A professional certificate in wind turbine maintenance, electromechanics, or electricity is preferred, along with a valid Class 5 driver's license.
