Job summary

Vice President of Engineering | Space Sector Location: Canada (Relocation Available) InnoForge is supporting a space company on the search for a Vice President of Engineering. This is a rare opportunity to join an ambitious engineering organisation at a pivotal stage of growth, partnering directly with an experienced CTO to scale multidisciplinary engineering teams and take complex hardware from development through to flight. We're looking for an engineering leader who combines deep technical credibility with the ability to build high-performing teams and deliver ambitious programmes. We're interested in people with experience across: Launch vehicles, spacecraft or complex aerospace systems Mechanical, propulsion, systems or vehicle engineering Leading multidisciplinary engineering teams Product development from concept through qualification and production Building engineering capability, processes and organisational scale We're open to speaking with experienced Directors, Heads of Engineering, Chief Engineers, Principal Engineers and Engineering Managers who are ready to take the next step in their leadership career. Requirements

Seeking an experienced engineering leader with deep technical credibility in launch vehicles, spacecraft, or complex aerospace systems. Candidates should have experience in mechanical, propulsion, or systems engineering and a proven track record of leading teams through product development and production.
