Responsibilities Develop an in-depth understanding of PolyWorks® solutions to provide both basic and advanced technical support to customers Provide customer training sessions (typically lasting three days) to ensure effective and efficient use of our software Perform advanced software demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of prospective customers Act as the voice of the customer by communicating their needs and feedback to our software development team Participate to events and trade shows related to the promotion of our software solutions Qualifications Hold a university degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field Have experience with CAD/CAM software, design and manufacturing processes Be fluent in French and English, both orally and in writing (bilingualism is required)* Be willing to travel between Canada and the United States Demonstrate a client-focused approach by proactively understanding and meeting customer needs We offer appealing work conditions and a stimulating workplace: Flexible schedule facilitating work and personal life balance Possibility to work from home part time Competitive salary Group insurance and telemedicine service Free tea, coffee and parking Social and sporting activities, as well as IMBand music group (Take a look on YouTube) We thank you for your interest in this position. Requirements

Candidates must hold a university degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field and be fluent in both French and English. Experience with CAD/CAM software and a willingness to travel between Canada and the United States are required.
