As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will work closely with various teams to design and enhance analytical tools, including data models, reports, and interactive dashboards, to interpret trends and business performance. You will play a key role in making information accessible, clear, and actionable to support teams in their decisions and day-to-day activities. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable data models Design interactive Power BI dashboards (DAX, Power Query) Analyze data to identify trends, detect anomalies, and uncover actionable insights Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation Prepare and transform data using advanced Excel functionalities, including Power Query Automate analyses and data workflows with Python Collaborate closely with business teams to understand their challenges and offer suitable solutions Ensure data quality, consistency, and traceability while documenting models and processes Contribute to the evolution of business intelligence practices and standards Qualifications Hold a university degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., business intelligence, computer science, statistics, or a related field) Have 8 to 10 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence Demonstrate strong proficiency in Excel, including Power Query Be proficient in Power BI (data modeling, DAX) Be able to use SQL to query, manipulate, and analyze data Have experience with Python for data analysis, automation, and API integration Demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail Communicate complex information clearly and effectively to different audiences Demonstrate advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written* Have experience with tools in the Google ecosystem (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), BigQuery), as well as data architecture and marketing or web analytics (an asset) InnovMetric offers excellent working conditions: Flexible work schedule, allowing for a good balance between personal and professional life Possibility of teleworking Competitive salary and bonus system Group insurance and telemedicine service Free tea, coffee, and parking Sports and social activities as well as IMBand music group (check it out on Youtube!)
