Role Description The Full Stack .NET Developer will work on-site in Toronto, ON in a full-time capacity, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise web solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing back-end services using .NET, implementing responsive front-end interfaces, and integrating CMS/DXP platforms including Xperience by Kentico. The role involves collaborating with designers, project managers, and other developers to translate requirements into secure, performant, and accessible web applications. The developer will participate in code reviews, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and support platform upgrades, migrations, and integrations with CRMs and other business systems. The position also requires adhering to best practices in security, accessibility, and maintainability while contributing to continuous improvement of the development workflow. Qualifications Strong back-end web development skills, including .NET and related server-side technologies. Proficiency in front-end development, including HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). Experience in software development and full-stack development across the application lifecycle. Mandatory understanding of enterprise CMS/DXP platforms (e.g., Xperience by Kentico or similar) and web application architecture. Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility. Experience with MSSQL Server, API design and integration, and version control systems (e.g., Git). Ability to collaborate in an on-site team environment, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and manage multiple projects. Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Web Development or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Experience working with regulated or public-sector organizations, bilingual websites (English/French), or secure, compliance-focused platforms is an asset.
