Provide job-search guidance, labour market information, referrals, and follow-up assessments while coordinating with community agencies and partners.

Assess clients’ vocational needs, backgrounds, goals, abilities, and barriers to employment, then develop counselling and intervention plans to support their progress. Provide job-search and workplace-transition guidance, connect clients with appropriate services, gather labour market information, and prepare assessment and follow-up reports.
