Must Haves: 7+ years of solution architecture, platform engineering, or automation experience, including 3+ years in a senior or lead role Deep experience designing enterprise AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, AWS Bedrock Agents, Copilot Studio, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, and Microsoft 365 Copilot Experience architecting and governing enterprise-scale RPA environments, preferably with UiPath Strong understanding of enterprise AI security, governance, data residency, access controls, PII protection, and responsible AI practices Experience designing agentic AI and RAG solutions, including orchestration, vector search, grounding strategies, evaluation frameworks, and tool integrations Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI architectures, implementation roadmaps, and measurable outcomes Strong cloud, identity, and data architecture experience across Azure, AWS, Entra ID, IAM/RBAC, Purview, Graph API, and enterprise data platforms Experience leading security and privacy reviews while partnering with Legal, Privacy, Security, and Procurement teams Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences Plusses: Experience with Amazon Bedrock Knowledge Bases, Bedrock Agents, Azure AI Foundry Agents, Azure AI Search, Kong, and MCP-based integrations Experience with AI evaluation, prompt testing, model benchmarking, red teaming, guardrail design, and production monitoring Experience using KQL and Azure Data Explorer for reporting and analytics Experience presenting to Architecture Review Boards (ARB) or similar governance committees Retail industry experience Day to Day: Insight Global is seeking a Senior AI Solution Architect, Enterprise Automation & AI for a top retail client. This individual will serve as the architecture lead for the organization's enterprise AI and automation portfolio, designing secure, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions that drive business transformation. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across modern AI platforms, cloud technologies, automation frameworks, and governance practices. They will collaborate with engineering, security, data, and executive stakeholders to evaluate emerging AI technologies, establish enterprise architecture standards, and guide the adoption of innovative AI solutions at scale. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for someone passionate about shaping the future of enterprise AI and automation.

Serve as the architecture lead for the enterprise AI and automation portfolio, designing secure and scalable production-ready AI solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to establish architecture standards and guide the adoption of innovative AI technologies.
