The successful candidate will support pre-flight maintenance and aircraft preparation activities, working closely with maintenance and flight operations teams to ensure aircraft are safe, serviceable, and ready for flight. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced aircraft maintenance professional who has completed a flight apprenticeship and is looking to continue developing their hands-on experience in a highly technical aviation environment. AME certification is not required for this position. Candidates must, however, have completed a flight apprenticeship and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant aircraft maintenance experience. Experience working on fighter aircraft or military aviation platforms is considered an asset but is not required. Key Responsibilities Perform pre-flight inspections and maintenance activities in accordance with approved procedures and technical documentation Assist with aircraft preparation, servicing, troubleshooting, and defect rectification prior to flight Conduct inspections of aircraft systems, components, and assemblies to identify potential defects or maintenance requirements Complete maintenance documentation, inspection records, and technical reports accurately and in accordance with applicable procedures Support aircraft flight-line and maintenance operations Work closely with licensed AMEs, engineers, maintenance personnel, and flight operations teams Follow all applicable aviation safety, quality, and maintenance procedures Identify and communicate aircraft discrepancies or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel Assist with troubleshooting and corrective maintenance as required Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Perform other aircraft maintenance duties as required AI: We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.
