JOB DESCRIPTION We're hiring two Bilingual (English/French) Client Services Specialists to deliver exceptional, empathetic service to banking clients via phone and email. This is a client‑facing support role focused on authenticating clients, greeting professionally, answering product and account questions, guiding clients to the right resources, and closing calls effectively. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and admin or customer‑service experience. Banking or credit‑union experience is an asset but not required; call‑centre experience is not necessary. College education or relevant certificates are acceptable. This role supports Peoples Group's Vancouver team in a hybrid setting, working from 8:00am–4:30pm (PST). REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Bilingual fluency in English and French (written and verbal). • Experience in a customer‑service or client‑support role. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard office tools. Worksite Location: Canada, ON Job Duration: 1 year Contract Job Type: Remote Pay Range: $18.25 This position is an existing vacancy. We are actively hiring to fill a need on the team and support the team's ongoing priorities and workload. *We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.
