This person will act supporting users on the Montreal Trade Floor with Day-t o-Da y task dealing with hardware, software and mobile issues configuration. Required Skills & Experience - Banking - Desk Support - Fluent in Windows, physical and virtual machines, knowledge with Citrix - Customer Service Experience - Ownership and Accountability “Artificial intelligence tools are used to assist in screening and assessing applicants for this position." Requirements

Candidates should have banking and desk support experience, be fluent in Windows, and have knowledge of physical and virtual machines and Citrix. Customer service skills, ownership, and accountability are also required.
