Job Description Insight Global is hiring for a large enterprises Digital Banking team is building an Open Banking capability for Small Business Banking customers. The initiative is currently in the discovery phase, focused on defining business requirements, customer journeys, consent management models, authorization frameworks, and future-state operating processes required to support data-sharing capabilities. The team is seeking a Senior Business Analyst who thrives in ambiguous environments and can independently drive discovery activities across business and technology stakeholders. This individual will play a critical role in shaping requirements and helping establish the foundation for a future initiatives. Lead end-to-end discovery efforts for Open Banking initiatives within Small Business Banking. Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with business, product, architecture, technology, risk, and compliance stakeholders. Analyze current-state processes and define future-state customer journeys and process flows. Document business requirements, functional requirements, business rules, user stories, process maps, and gap analyses. Help define consent management and authorization frameworks related to Open Banking. Partner closely with Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams to assess solution options and delivery impacts. Identify dependencies, risks, assumptions, and opportunities throughout the discovery process. Translate complex regulatory and business requirements into actionable delivery-ready artifacts. We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.
