JOB DESCRIPTION Employment: Full-Time Permanent Location: Waterloo, ON - 5x Per MONTH Rate: $75,000-$81,000 Insight Global is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a variety of business and technology initiatives for a top Insurance client. This individual will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping uncover root causes, identify process improvements, and drive solution-oriented outcomes. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, excels at stakeholder communication, and can connect business requirements to broader organizational goals and impacts. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE -3-5+ years of Business Analyst experience -Experience supporting business and technology-focused projects -Experience working on digital transformation and solution-based initiatives -Ability to identify dependencies, impacts, and cross-functional considerations across projects -Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement experience -Demonstrated ability to challenge assumptions, ask probing questions, and uncover root causes -Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to both technical teams and executive stakeholders -Strong focus on business outcomes and value realization rather than purely technical solutions NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Insurance, financial services, or other regulated industry experience We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.
