BSA (Portfolio Management Specialist) Job Description Insight Global is hiring a Portfolio Management Specialist to support the implementation and evolution of a Portfolio Management platform. This role requires deep portfolio management expertise and experience supporting or building Portfolio Management Systems (PMS) and Order Management Systems (OMS), while partnering closely with portfolio managers, traders, and investment teams. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with portfolio management workflows, including asset allocation, rebalancing, trading, and performance analysis, and can translate those workflows into scalable product and platform capabilities. Experience with AI, GenAI, or advanced analytics within investment environments is considered a strong asset. Please Note: We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position. Required Skills & Experience Strong portfolio management domain expertise Experience with: Portfolio construction and asset allocation Rebalancing and trading workflows Portfolio performance measurement and analytics Direct experience working with portfolio managers, traders, or investment teams in a front-office environment Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Subject Matter Expert (SME), or similar role supporting: Portfolio Management Systems (PMS) Order Management Systems (OMS) Hands-on experience with portfolio platforms such as: Charles River Aladdin SimCorp Advent Eagle Wealth360 Similar industry-standard platforms Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or digital transformations Strong ability to translate investment processes and workflows into product requirements and system capabilities Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience Exposure to AI, GenAI, or advanced analytics in investment or product environments Experience improving investment workflows through automation or AI-driven tools Background in wealth management or asset management, including SMA or UMA programs CFA designation or equivalent investment-related credentials *We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position. *Pay range for this role is between $70 - 88/hr CAD. *This role is a new vacancy *No requirement for Canadian experience or education.
