CNC Lathe Machinist Location: Edmonton, AB Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM + consistent overtime optionally available Compensation: $45/hr - $55/hr About the Opportunity Insight Global is seeking full time permanent CNC Lathe Machinists to their team. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC lathe machines Machine precision components to tight tolerances Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Perform quality inspections using measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers Make machine offsets and minor adjustments as required Troubleshoot machining issues and ensure production targets are met Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Work closely with the Shop Foreman and production team Requirements 2+ years of CNC Lathe machining experience Experience operating and setting up CNC lathes Strong blueprint reading skills Experience using precision measuring instruments Ability to work independently in a production environment Strong communication skills and attention to detail Red Seal Journeyperson Machinist certification preferred What We Offer Stable Monday-Friday schedule Consistent overtime opportunities Competitive compensation package Long-term opportunity with a growing company Supportive and team-oriented shop environment This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist looking for stability, strong earnings, and the chance to grow with a company that continues to expand.
