This is an extraordinary opportunity to be at the forefront of one of Canada's most monumental projects, where your proficiency and guidance will shape its success. Responsibilities include the below: • Establishes construction infrastructure, define Means & Methods, Identify critical path. • Establishing and maintaining project budget • Enforces change procedures • Establishes schedule and staffing plans • Executes contracts and agreements in a timely and cost-effective manner • Chairs project management meetings with a focus on the best outcomes for the project. • Ensures all project reporting is accurate and timely • Oversees testing, quality, and safety • Manages client and vendor relationship • Project risks and issues are logged and managed • Ensures all project close-out activities are completed in a timely manner • Demonstrates commercial acumen to protect profits and improve margins • Business development, including participation in costing and estimating activities and risk analysis • Financial forecasting and contributing to creation of revenue targets. • Perform Design/Drawing review. *We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position. *Pay range for this role is between $145k/yr - 160k/yr CAD.

Requirements
