Job summary

A leading international law firm is seeking a Corporate Paralegal with 8-10 years of experience to support a national corporate services digitization project. The successful candidate will independently review electronic minute books for corporations, not-for-profits, and LLPs; identify and resolve corporate data integrity issues; maintain accurate and complete corporate records; and exercise sound judgment when organizing and validating documents within iManage, ALF, and Athennian in a fast-paced professional services environment. Required Skills & Experience 8-10 years of corporate paralegal or corporate clerk experience Strong experience reviewing and maintaining corporate records and minute books Familiarity with corporations, not-for-profit entities, and LLPs Experience working with corporate database and document management systems Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to identify and resolve data integrity issues Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience Experience with iManage, ALF, and/or Athennian Starting Salary: $120,000 Location: Vancouver, BC Please Note: We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.
