This individual will be responsible for executing installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure while operating with moderate independence. This role will support project delivery, mentor junior technicians, and partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful execution. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in data center environments, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in fast-paced, field-based settings. Additional Information • This role requires up to 75% travel to support projects across various customer sites

The Data Center Technician will execute installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure. This role also involves mentoring junior technicians and collaborating with internal teams and vendors.

Candidates should have 2-3+ years of experience in data center, telecom, or IT infrastructure environments, along with hands-on experience in cabling and hardware installation. An associate's degree or equivalent technical/military experience is preferred, along with safety certifications.
