Insight Global is seeking a Document Review Specialist to join one of Canada's leading financial institutions within their Commercial Lending Operations team. This individual will be responsible for reviewing lending files and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment where accuracy and risk mitigation are critical. Must-Haves • 1-2+ years of experience in document review, operations, administration, financial services, banking, or a similar environment • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and maintain high levels of accuracy • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to follow established processes and procedures while handling sensitive information responsibly • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment • Basic understanding of operational and compliance risk principles Nice-to-Haves • Previous banking or financial services experience • Commercial lending operations experience • Experience reviewing financial, legal, or lending documentation • Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist with the preparation of job descriptions, candidate screening, and other recruitment-related activities. Requirements
