Implementation Consultant ( Dayforce Configurations)

JOB DESCRIPTION Insight Global is looking for an Implementation Consultant to join one of our largest HCM clients on a 9-month contract to start. The WFM Implementation Consultant will be responsible for working with the team to implement the WFM and HR Core products with one of the organization's new large clients. Responsibilities include implementation lifecycle participation, client engagement, customized system configuration, testing and validation as well as training and change management. We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Dayforce WFM/Time, HR Core with Entitlements experience - 2+ years’ experience implementing and configuring the Dayforce WFM (HR Core, Time, Entitlements) module - Support and Testing background could be beneficial - Client-facing skills; Excellent written skills for preparing detailed test cases and other documentation.

The consultant will implement WFM and HR Core products for a large new client. Responsibilities include system configuration, testing, validation, and managing client training and change management.

Candidates must have over 2 years of experience implementing and configuring Dayforce WFM, HR Core, and Entitlements. Strong client-facing skills and the ability to prepare detailed test cases are required.
