REMOTE Contract: 3 months (high likelihood of extension) Pay rate: $20-25/hour JOB DESCRIPTION A leading professional salon organization supporting some of the industry's most recognized salon brands is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support salon customers throughout Western Canada by managing customer accounts, processing orders, resolving fulfillment issues, and partnering with the field sales team to drive business growth. Responsibilities: Process and manage customer orders using SAP and related systems. Track orders from submission through delivery and fulfillment. Resolve shipping, inventory, pricing, and account-related issues. Support salon customers with product, order, and account inquiries. Communicate promotions, discounts, and new product launches. Build strong relationships with salon owners, stylists, and business partners. Collaborate with sales, customer support, logistics, and warehouse teams. Conduct proactive outreach to support customer retention and growth. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 1+ year of inside sales, customer service, sales support, or account management experience. Experience with SAP, Oracle, Navision, Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar business systems. Strong customer relationship and communication skills. Experience processing and managing customer orders. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook. NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Professional salon, beauty, spa, personal care, or cosmetics industry experience. Experience supporting salon owners, stylists, or beauty distributors.
