This position is based in Richmond, British Columbia and On site 5 days a week. The primary purpose of this role is to provide expert recommendations and support for IT services and systems across assigned departments and/or facilities, aligning with both corporate and local business objectives. You will deliver on-site technical assistance and resolve IT-related issues. As the sole IT lead on-site, you will serve as the key liaison between the corporate IT team and the Mill, ensuring seamless communication and effective implementation of IT initiatives.

Provide expert technical support and recommendations for IT services and systems across assigned facilities. Act as the primary on-site liaison between the corporate IT team and the mill to implement IT initiatives.

Requires 2-3 years of experience in IT field technical support with specific expertise in Cisco switching and desk support. Experience in manufacturing settings and Windows 11 migration is preferred.
