Title: Jr. Supply Chain Analyst Location: Calgary, AB (Rocky View) Duration: 6 month contract, extension possible Shift: Day shift, Mon-Fri Pay range: $18-$19.50 per hour Vacancy Status: This posting is for a currently vacant role, and the successful candidate will be hired into an existing open position JOB DESCRIPTION Insight Global is looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Supply Chain Analyst to join our retail client's Intermodal Transportation team in Calgary, Alberta, for a 6 month contract. This individual would be responsible for supporting key logistics functions including data entry and consolidation for weekly reporting, as well as, tracking delivery information and collecting PODs. Success in this role requires strong multitasking and problem-solving skills within a fast-paced environment, excellent computer skills and data entry experience. A background in Transportation or Supply Chain, would be considered an asset. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 1-2 years of data entry and data consolidation experience within the Supply Chain industry Tech-savvy / strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, maintaining and updating spreadsheets, consolidating data for reporting) Excellent communication and customer service skills (acting as the liaison for phone calls with various carriers in this role) Understanding of PODs (tracking and requesting deliveries and submitting weekly reports) NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE A background in Transportation / Supply Chain / Intermodal Artificial intelligence tools are used to assist with in screening and assessing applicants for this position.

Requirements
