Required Skills & Experience Prior experience in a financial operations environment (bank/credit union/financial institution preferred) Exposure to transfers, back-office processing, documentation review, or similar operational workflows is a strong asset Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to learn quickly and be receptive to coaching/training Strong written and verbal communication skills Solid computer proficiency; able to work confidently across multiple systems/tools Basic Excel skills (used mainly for tracking; advanced skills like pivots/VLOOKUP are a plus but not required) Job Description Insight Global is seeking Operations Associates to support one of Canada’s largest financial institutions with a newly established CTI team focused on transfers-in activities. The successful candidates will be detail-oriented, quick learners, and strong communicators who are comfortable working in a fast-paced operations environment. This is primarily remote, with the expectation that resources are local to the client’s district/commutable area in case occasional in-office training or coverage is required. Prior experience with RESP and RDSP knowledge. Review and validate incoming documentation related to transfers-in Prepare and send required documentation to other financial institutions (FIs). Conduct follow-ups and outreach, including calling financial institutions as needed. Complete internal operational entries and updates across multiple systems. Maintain accurate tracking and documentation to support day-to-day workflow. Communicate clearly and proactively with the team/manager regarding work status, updates, and any issues. *We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position. *Pay range for this role is between $20 - $24/hour CAD.
