This is a hybrid role and requires 3-4x/week on site Mississauga. Our customer is launching a new platform for their agent business and initiating a pilot at the end of the month, with the intent to scale. The Retail Agent Coordinator will play a key role in supporting existing agent locations through onboarding for the pilot, including device readiness, training coordination, communications, and issue follow-up. When pilot workload allows, the role will also support broader agent coordinator responsibilities across day-to-day operations and network administration. Key Responsibilities Support the rollout and onboarding of a new agent platform pilot across current agent locations Coordinate device onboarding and readiness (shipping devices, validating correct delivery/location, confirming BYOD requirements where applicable) Assist with training coordination and ongoing support for agent locations during pilot implementation Prepare and distribute communications to agents and internal stakeholders (updates, instructions, timelines, follow-ups) Collect feedback from agent locations and support basic tracking of issues, progress, and outcomes Maintain organized documentation and tracking tools (primarily in Excel) related to onboarding, device distribution, and pilot status Support general agent coordinator tasks during downtime, including: Agent onboarding administration Updating and maintaining agent files/records Responding to agent inquiries and supporting day-to- day operational needs Occasionally visit agent locations to support onboarding, validate setup, and gather feedback (as required) We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.
