Work with the Senior Manager to assess business needs and deliver practical reporting, automation, and AI solutions, including AI agents and Microsoft Power Platform capabilities.

Day-to-Day This individual will support a team focused on leveraging data, automation, and AI to improve reporting and processes within the audit space. Approximately 50% of the role will focus on building dashboards, creating ad hoc reports, and researching AI opportunities, with another 30% dedicated to Power BI development and data analysis. The remaining 20% will involve regular administrative and operational support. They will work closely with the Senior Manager to understand business problem statements, assess whether opportunities are valuable and scalable enough to be developed into solutions for the broader team, and translate those needs into practical reporting, automation, or AI capabilities. A key focus of the role will be proactively identifying opportunities to leverage AI and the Microsoft Power Platform across the audit function. This individual will help build and deploy AI agents, experiment with prompting and agent-based solutions, and use tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps/Power Platform to improve how the team accesses information, completes processes, and makes decisions. The ideal candidate is someone who can combine strong technical execution with curiosity and a proactive mindset around emerging AI capabilities. Must Haves Strong Power BI experience, including dashboard/report development and the ability to understand and interpret underlying data Hands-on experience with Power Automate and workflow automation Experience with AI prompting / prompt engineering and an understanding of how prompts can be used to support business use cases Ability to understand business problem statements and translate them into reporting, automation, or AI-driven solutions Proactive mindset with an interest in researching, testing, and applying emerging AI capabilities Nice to Haves Previous banking or financial services experience Experience working within audit, governance, risk, or controls Exposure to Power Apps / Microsoft Power Platform Experience building or deploying AI agents within an enterprise environment Vacancy: This posting is for a currently vacant role, and the successful candidate will be hired into an existing open position. Pay Rate: $40-48/hr We use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.

Candidates must have strong Power BI development and data interpretation skills, hands-on Power Automate experience, and experience with AI prompting. They should be able to translate business problems into solutions and proactively research and test emerging AI capabilities; banking, audit, risk, controls, Power Apps, and enterprise AI agent experience are preferred.
