Job Description We are seeking a Junior Radio Programmer to support the programming, configuration, testing, and maintenance of two-way radio communication systems. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical aptitude who is interested in radio communications, electronics, and troubleshooting. Required Skills & Experience Responsibilities: - Program and configure two-way radios and communication devices. - Assist with installing, testing, and maintaining radio equipment. - Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs on radio systems. - Maintain accurate records of programming changes and equipment inventory. - Support senior technicians with system upgrades and customer projects. - Conduct quality checks on configured equipment before deployment. Vacancy Status: This Posting is for a current vacant role, and the successful candidate will be hired into an existing open position. Pay Transparency: This role will have an estimated annual salary range of $45k-$55k CAD. Artificial intelligence tools are used to assist in screening and assessing applicants for this position.
