Insight Global is seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to design, develop, and support large-scale, production-grade mobile applications for a leading retail client. This individual will be a senior technical contributor with ownership across the development lifecycle, including architecture, application performance, reliability, CI/CD, production readiness, and ongoing optimization. The ideal candidate brings deep native iOS expertise and is comfortable working within complex applications while partnering with engineering and architecture teams to build scalable, reliable solutions. Must Haves: 7+ years of software engineering experience, with significant hands-on iOS development experience Advanced experience with Swift and SwiftUI Strong experience with MVVM architecture Experience developing and supporting large-scale native iOS applications Strong knowledge of iOS application performance, profiling, debugging, and optimization Hands-on experience with Xcode Instruments and/or Firebase Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and mobile development pipelines Experience owning production systems, including reliability, monitoring, releases, and continuous improvement Experience with engineering automation and production-level systems Experience working within Agile development environments and tools such as JIRA Strong understanding of the end-to-end iOS development lifecycle Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship to other engineers

Requires 7+ years of software engineering experience, significant hands-on iOS development, advanced Swift and SwiftUI skills, and strong experience with MVVM and large-scale native applications. Candidates should also have expertise in performance profiling and optimization, CI/CD, production systems, Agile tools such as JIRA, and the end-to-end iOS development lifecycle.
