About the Company About the OpportunityOur client, a leading Canadian financial institution, is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Social Media Enablement to lead the implementation of a new enterprise social media platform within Wealth Management.This is a highly visible initiative focused on modernizing advisor marketing capabilities, improving user experience, and enabling advisors to share compliant, pre-approved content across social media channels. About the Role You will play a key role in driving platform onboarding, migration, stakeholder engagement, change management, and adoption across the business. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end implementation of a new social media enablement platform Drive program planning, execution, governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment Manage onboarding and migration activities for advisors and business users Develop and execute change management, communications, training, and adoption strategies Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure delivery against timelines, milestones, and budgets Prepare executive-level reporting, status updates, and governance materials Partner closely with Marketing, Compliance, Digital, and Wealth Management stakeholders Support advisor adoption while ensuring alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements Qualifications Must-Have Qualifications 5-7+ years of program or project management experience Proven experience leading large-scale platform implementations or migration initiatives Strong change management and user adoption experience Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills Experience managing multiple priorities in complex environments Strong organizational, planning, and governance capabilities Required Skills Program or project management Large-scale platform implementations or migration initiatives Change management and user adoption Stakeholder management and communication Managing multiple priorities in complex environments Organizational, planning, and governance capabilities Preferred Skills Financial services experience or experience working in a regulated environment PMP certification Experience with social media management or digital marketing platforms Wealth Management experience
