Position :Technical Project Manager (Merger & Acquisitions) Client: Global Human capital management (HCM) software company Type: 6 month contract – possibility of extensions Location: REMOTE - Canada – EST Hours Start Date: ASAP – 1-2 weeks onboarding Rate: 53-58/hr on T4 OR 60-65/hr incorporated Required Skills & Experience • 3–5 years of experience working as a Project Manager, with flexibility considered based on the candidate’s overall experience • Experience managing technical or IT projects involving system, tool, or vendor integrations • Experience executing against an established project plan and coordinating deliverables across multiple teams • Experience with Smartsheet or an equivalent project-tracking platform • Experience using Jira and Confluence • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to navigate difficult situations • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to bring recommendations to leadership and seek guidance when appropriate • Previous experience supporting mergers and acquisitions or post-acquisition integration projects (preferred – not required) Nice to Have Skills & Experience • Previous experience supporting mergers and acquisitions or post-acquisition integration projects • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join one of our clients on a six-month contract. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting an acquisition and the execution of an established integration project plan. The Technical Project Manager will coordinate with multiple teams to migrate tools and vendors, troubleshoot integrations, and ensure issues and deliverables are routed to the appropriate stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing the existing vendor landscape, helping determine which vendors and tools will be retained, managing traditional integration activities, tracking project progress in Smartsheet, and communicating updates through Microsoft Teams, email, and stakeholder calls. The successful candidate will initially collaborate with six teams across Security, with the scope later expanding to include HR, Procurement, and SP&T. This individual should be a proactive problem solver who can navigate challenging situations, bring recommended solutions to leadership, and seek guidance when appropriate. Requirements

Requires 3–5 years of project management experience, experience with technical or IT projects involving system, tool, or vendor integrations, and the ability to coordinate deliverables against an established project plan. Candidates should have experience with Smartsheet or an equivalent platform, Jira, Confluence, and strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; M&A integration experience and PMP certification are preferred.
