UKG Integration Consultant

Logistics Remote Pay rate: $51.50 This posting is for a current vacant role, and the successful candidate will be hired into an existing open position. JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a Senior UKG Integration Consultant to support the design, development, and implementation of integrations between UKG and various enterprise systems, including Workforce Manager. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert for UKG integrations, partnering directly with clients to understand business requirements and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with UKG Workforce Management/Dimensions Pro, Time & Attendance systems, and integration technologies such as Boomi, Java, and UKG scripting tools. This is a highly client-facing role requiring both technical expertise and strong communication skills. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • 4+ years of experience as a UKG Integration Consultant, UKG Technical Consultant, or similar role. • Hands-on experience with UKG Time & Attendance implementations and integrations. • Strong client-facing consulting experience with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience developing and supporting enterprise integrations in a production environment. • Proficiency with Java and QBI/Quby scripting. • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Boomi (Dell Boomi) Certification • B2B experience AI: *We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.

The consultant will design, develop, and implement integrations between UKG and various enterprise systems. They will act as a subject matter expert, partnering with clients to deliver scalable, high-quality technical solutions.

Candidates need 4+ years of experience as a UKG Integration Consultant and proficiency in Java, Boomi, and QBI scripting. A Boomi certification and strong client-facing consulting experience are required.
