Position: Junior Technician Location: Lévis, QC Job Type: Full time, Permanent Position Schedule: 9:00am - 5:00pm EST (Monday - Friday); Approximately 40 hours per week, with overtime opportunities The Role: Your Mission You’ll be the hero homeowners call when unwanted guests show up uninvited. Think problem solver, detective, and customer-favorite all rolled into one. What You’ll Be Doing Inspect homes inside and out to identify pests, entry points, and infestations Diagnose pest issues and apply effective treatments Complete service reports for work performed and products used Provide excellent customer service and answer customer questions Educate homeowners and recommend solutions to prevent future pest issues Build strong relationships with customers while representing Insight professionally (And don’t worry — no cockroaches, no bed bugs, and no ladder work.)
