As a Deskside Services Technician – with Insight, you will be responsible for the troubleshooting, repair, installing of peripherals, and instrumentation devices or hardware, as well as providing technical assistance and training to system users. As a Deskside Services Technician – you will get to: Troubleshoot and triage the Enterprise or Desktop Systems in conjunction with Operations. Work with Citrix, Virtual Desktop, thin clients and provide advanced troubleshooting on Windows operating systems.
