We are backed by some of the most prominent venture firms including Fundrise, Nine Four VC, Foundation VC and YCombinator (S20). Our platform streamlines home inspections and valuation through our network of over 2,000 inspector partners in the US and Canada. Our proprietary platform brings visibility and data regarding the properties owned by our customers. We are looking for a Head of Product to lead our Product department. You will be responsible for defining our product strategy and vision, managing a group of product managers & designers and building and planning our product roadmap. You’ll be part of the team that builds the marketplace used by our customers to find Home inspectors to allow them to make smarter, faster decisions over the entire lifecycle of a home. Responsibilities: Define our product vision, strategy and processes Collaborate with other department leaders to define the product strategy and roadmap Attract, scale and lead a group of Product Managers and Product Designers to drive impact across multiple squads Oversee and ensure product execution from discovery to market deployment Ensure cohesiveness and excellence in the practice of product management Be a role model for communication with customers, inspectors and stakeholders, from explaining our strategy, to facilitating alignment towards shared goals, and handling challenging situations. Work with the team to identify areas of improvements based off of feedback, research, and data Lead initiatives and collaboration with engineers and stakeholders for high-concept vision to actionable goals and tasks Work closely with members of the Engineering, Operations, Sales and Customer Success team to find answers and solutions for our users and to make our team more efficient. You have: 5+ years managing Product teams as Head of Product, Director of Product or Chief Product Officer (or equivalent). 8+ years of work experience as a Product Manager or similar role Strong product management skills, including product strategy, roadmap ownership, backlog management, managing stakeholder and customer relationships, etc). Experience leading cross-functional teams across product, engineering, operations, and sales functions in a technology-driven environment. Experience with building roadmaps in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Experience using data and user-centric design methods to solve problems Experience working with an engineering and design Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to adjust quickly in a dynamic environment. Demonstrate ownership and a good amount of agency Bonus points if you have: Experience building products and software in a startup environment. Even better if it’s in Proptech or Real Estate You’re AI fluent Good understanding of web technologies and actual trends An appetite for Domain Events Any experience with Ruby on Rails, GraphQL, React Native or JavaScript in general is a plus: our engineering team likes to geek out and talk about tech! What you’ll do

The Head of Product will define the product vision, strategy, and processes while managing a team of product managers and designers. They will oversee product execution from discovery to market deployment and ensure alignment with stakeholders.

Requirements

Candidates should have over 5 years of experience managing product teams and at least 8 years in product management or similar roles. Strong skills in product strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making are essential.
