Job Overview Reporting to the Maintenance Services Coordinator, you play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and functional environment for all users. You perform a variety of maintenance, snow removal, and material-handling tasks in support of the technical teams and the IRCM’s daily operations. Responsibilities * Clean and clear snow from entrances, sidewalks, and access points to ensure the safety of users. * Perform preventive maintenance and periodic inspections of facilities. * Carry out small- and medium-scale repairs involving drywall, plaster, and paint. * Install, repair, adjust, or replace various equipment, furniture, and accessories. * Perform simple drain unclogging (sinks, washbasins, showers, and toilets). * Assist with receiving, handling, and moving goods, or substitute for the staff responsible as needed. * Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and good condition of the IRCM’s buildings and outdoor areas. * Perform any other related tasks associated with the role. What You Bring to the Table Essential Requirements * High school diploma. * At least two (2) years of relevant experience in a similar position, particularly in building maintenance, carpentry, painting, or interior renovation. * Good stamina and physical fitness; ability to perform a variety of manual tasks. Desired Skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Fluency in French.
